FEATS OF DARING.
LOOPED-THE -LOOP IN A SIXTY^ -MILE GALE. LONDON, December 27, In.,- spite of gale blowing sixty miles an hour, three airmen looped-the-loop m England yesterday. Mr Chanteloup and Mr Gustav Hamel Athendson .and Mr C. B. Hicks at Aintreo, Liverpool, accomplished the feats. Mr Chanteloup daringly executeel hi 3 loops from heights of 1000 and 12G0 feet, and made a backward loop oi 1000 feet." He received a great ovation. Mr Hamel described three single loops within a minute of each other and subsequently two more loops. Ho also fIeAV upside clown. Ho damaged his monoplane m landing, btit was extricated uninjured. Mr Hicks looped the loop m a gale and Avon a* Avager.
