OAR LOAD OF WOMEN ARRESTED. LONDON, Jan. 29. The suffragettes made a .bold attempt to-day to break into a Cabinet meeting ih Downing street. The driver of the car was ordered to retire from the street, _but refused, whereupon the entire party of women was placed tinder arrest and t&ken to Scotland Yard. Later m the day the women were brought before the lsow Street Police Court. They refused to give their names, but all were bound ' over to be of good behavior for six jnonth|. .
