(Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) (Received Dec. 18, 11 a.m.) LONDON, December 17. A deputation of Liberal members of the House of Common?, headed by Mr P. A. Molteng, urged the Premier to refuso an increase of armaments. Mr Asquith replied that the forthcoming large increase m the Estimates was an automatic one, which the House of Commons had already sanctioned. He denied that there Avere any other commitments. The deputation expressed its satisfaction.
