Mackenzie bade Captain Halsey, officers and crew of the New Zealand a we 'come home. He eulogised their work during' the touv. The officers were mado mem-! bers of 150 clubs. They attended 75 danoes. The peoples of the overseas dominions disliked the , idea of militarism, but felt they must take a share of Imperial responsibility.
