Lord Desborough, president of the Imperial Air Fleet Committee, is appealing to the public for £10,000 to enable the committee to carry out its original plan of drawing tho Empire's attention to the imperative need for aerial defence and to provide further complementary first units to tbe Imperial air fleet for the defence of the overseas dominions.
