STRIKE RIOTS AT ST. LOUIS. (Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright.) WASHINGTON, December 16. There are serious riots m connection with the strike of factory hands at St. Louis. Mothers with children m arms protected the strikers while the latter assaulted the police, who were powerless to uso their clubs.
