Massed picketing by strikers -tt 1 Dublin proved an utter failure. Not a singlo worker was deterred from following his employment. Free laborers returning to their lodgings wero followed by a crowd. Stones were thrown, and the police escort were compelled to use their batons to get free laborers through.
