Excellent entertainment awaits patrons of Pathe Pictures at His Majesty's ' Theatre to-night. The mid- week change of films which will be- submitted comprises a wide variety of interesting subjects. He puts up at a theatrical boarding house, 'and ifc the butt of the show girls for his country manners. Helen Phelan, a chorus girl, however, takes his part, and her kindly disposition results m a love affair. The yqung couple hunt for >york, and as they are reduced to their last coin resolve to. get married to change their luck. The cliarm works, for the lad is sent for by his parents, and he and his faithful wife are received with open arms. "Scenes on tho Padas River" is a nicely-colored Eanorama, of the scenery m Borneo. Tlie itest Pathe Gazette is as usual full of all the latest happenings of interest m the Homeland. The comedy gallery is exceptionally strong m laiighing sub-ject-land should create roars of laughter. "Giving him Fits," "The Power of Sleep," and "St. Valentine's Day' are all well above the usual standard. This! highly delightful programme will be re-, peated on the folowing two nights.
