(Received Sept. 2, 1.50 p.m.) " PARIS, Sept. 1. The aviator Pegoud, securely strapped to a'Bleriot monoplane at Juvisy, ascended 3000 ft. Then ho - caused the monoplane, to drop 1500 ft. It made the mafchme turn over and rise sharply, thereby looping tho loop^ The wheels of the monoplane were uppermost for four hundred yards. Pegoud, by means of a Bleriot stabilisator, caused the machine to return to normal, and descended safely. He repeats the performance- to morrow m thje presence of the army aviation committee.
