ATHENS, August 31. The ' Greeks continue to hold Dedea gatch on behalf of Bulgaria.
The International Commission at Salonika to inquire into the outrages, has been abandoned, owing to Greece and Servia objecting to Milinkoff, the Russian delegate, and Brailsford, the British delegate, on the ground that they favor Bulgaria. CONSTANTINOPLE, August 31. The inhabitants of Kirdjili and Eyridere are fighting strenuously against Bulgarian occupation.
