FOUR-MONTHLY SESSION
The four-monthly session of tiv (Supreme Court opens m Gisborna at. 11 a.m. on Tuesday next. Usually the Supreme Court commences on a Monday, but owing to the 23rd being a holiday for the Prince of .Wales' Birthday, il will not open until Tuesday. His Honor Mr Justice Cooper will preside. There a very light calendar, and the business should be disposed of during the first week. The following is tht list: — CRIMINAL MATTERS. John Alexander Munio, alleged assault.
