The four-monthly session of tiv (Supreme Court opens m Gisborna at. 11 a.m. on Tuesday next. Usually the Supreme Court commences on a Monday, but owing to the 23rd being a holiday for the Prince of .Wales' Birthday, il will not open until Tuesday. His Honor Mr Justice Cooper will preside.
