(Press Assn.-!-By Telegraph— Copyright,) LONDON, June 2.7 Sir M. McNaghten (late of Scotland Yard) interviewed after his retirement, said he had a dear idea of "Jack the Ripper's" identity. He was one of the most fascinating of criminals, and committed suicide in the latter part of 1898.
Sir M. McNaghten declined to reveal the secret.
