Mil ALLEN'S RETURN.
(Per Press Association.! I. AUOKLAND, last night. j A cable was received yesterday by j Mr G. J. Garland from the Hon. Jas. Allen, Minister for Finance and Defence. In the cable, which was dated from Suva, Mi' Allen stated that he would be pleased to be accorded a civic reception at the Town Hall orf Tuesday, at 3 p.m., and that he would officially open the Seddon Memorial Technical | College m Wellesley street at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, and would address a meeting' on the evening of the same day at the Town Hall.
