LONDON, Moy 2. • The strike at th* International Harvester Works in the United States has been settled. The plant will "not now be removed to Europe.

A reoent message aaid that because of thia strike and the frequent recurrence of trouble the Harvester Company had decided to-move its machinery to Cologne in Germany, and start work there.
