NEW HEBRIDES.
UNSATISFACTORY DUAL CONTROL

Referring to the New Hebrides the report of the Foreign Mission Committee ,of the New South Wales Presbyterian Assembly says that tho condominium is working unsatisfactorily. The supplying of liquor to natives still continue*. The committee recommended the Assembly to express regret at the continuance of abuses, and onoo more urge the Australian and Imperial Governments to take steps to put a stop to these injustices.
