Mr Grahame White, the well-known aviator, has submitted to the Government an offer to raise £2,000,000 sterling for' the establishment of .aerodromes, the purchase of hydroplanes for serA*ice on the East Coast, and the construction of dirigibles. ' An organisation is prepared to train 500 pilots for the Army and 500 for the Navy annually.
