SERVIA ALSO DEFIES THE ' POWERS. AGITATION IN RUSSIA. (Received April 10, 10.30 a.m.) VIENNA, April 9. It is reported that a fresh Servian contingent for Scutari disembarked at Salonika. The attack on Scutari has been delayed by the difficulty of placing siege guns m position. ' ST. PETERSBURG, April 9. The national press continues the outbursts against the naval demonstration against Montenegro. Conservative ahd Liberal papers counsel moderation, and bid the Slavs to remain content Avith the present achievements. BELGRADE, April 9. "The Servian reply to the Powers is that the Allies are still at war with Turkey, and cannot cease hostilities, but will withdraw the troops when pteace is signed or Scutari falls. In reference to the demand for guarantees of "protection to Catholics and Mohammedans, the reply : declares that vServia cannot satisfy the demand, which is contrary to the right of a sovereign state. The Servian constitution amply guarantees religious freedom. SOFIA, April 9. Two classes of territorials, numbering twenty thousand, haA'o been sent x to their homes on unlimited furlough. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 9. The belligerents at West Chataldjr spent yesterday burying the dead. The Turks buried four hundred Bulgarians.
