It shows that Mr Tudor (Australian Minister for Customs) extended a welcome to Mr Fpster (Canadian Minister), and assured him of a cordial reception in Australia, where every arran.ge- ! ment would be made for the fullest discussion of a trade agreement. , Mr Foster expects to first visit New Zealand, arriving in Australia at- the end of March. He Avill remain there till August.'
