POLITICAL RIOT.
A PORTUGUESE OUTBREAK. LISBON, Jan. 14. Members of the Conservative and Democratic clubs at Cezimbra, 18 miles from Lisbon, cAme into conflict yesterday, and a desperate political riot ensued. Revolver shots were freely exchanged, and a big mob ■ gathering, the outbreak developed into a free fight. Troops were then summoned, and the warring factions, forgetting their own differences, turned upon the soldiers. The rioters were finally scattered, but only after three persons had been killed and about 30 others severely woonded. Many arrests were made. .
