(Press Assn.— By Telegraph.^-Copyright.) (Received Dec. 13, 8 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 12. The death is announced of the Prince Regent, Luitpold, of Bavaria. [Prince Luitpold, regent and heir presumptive of Bavaria, was born in 1821, and is an uncle, of the late and present kings. He was appointed regent in 1886, and married in 1844 Archduchess Augusta of Austria-Tuscany, who died iii 1864. Bavaria is the second kingdom in size and population of the German Empire, and bn becoming one of the States, of the Empire in 1870, retained certain privileges, including the control of her home affairs,, postal system, and her army ih time of peace.]
