WEATHER FORECAST. The report issued last night stated: "Prenent indications are for mild and hazy con- ■ ditions, misty and foggy at times, especially , at coastal stations. The winds will be van-, able* with increasing northerlies prevailing- and ' a filling barometer everywhere soon." To-day's . forecast states: "Northerly moderate to strong: prevailing. There is a prospect . of tt.lt to cloudy weather. Barometer falling slowly.. Tides moderate; see moderate."
