MINISTER AND MEMBERS TUSSLE. LONDON, Sept. 20. The Hungarian Chamber of Deputies was again the scene of an extraordinary j outburst of passion tin the part of D:«mbers of the Opposition. Count Karolyi fought like a demon m the hands of the police, and when near tho door he broke away and rushed back into the chamber, but immediately dropped m a : faint. When only 14 niembers of the Opposition were left m the House they offered to be quiet if the police were . withdrawn. The Premier gave his consent, and the seats, which had been piled up to form barricades, were returned to their places. . v •■ . | Business was then resumed, bui later i a member of the Opposition called Herr ] Beoetsy, Minister for Commerce, a scoundrel. The Minister struck his m- ■ suiter, but was m turn attacked by ' several members of the Opposition. He ' was thrown on tho ground and mal- j treated, but was rescued by Government j supporters. j i* When order was somewhat restored ' the President asked that the incident ' should be regarded as closed.
