Messrs Harrison and Tanner, of the ' Wellington staff of the Inspector of Post Offices, have won tho Gray memorial prize for 1911 offered by the Post and Telegraph Department for. the best suggestion adopted by the department. The prize, which is shared equally, was awarded for more compendious arrangement of tables m the Post and Telegraph Guide. AUCKLAND, last night.
