r LONDON, July 20. Sir George Reid gave a garden party m honor of the Canadian Ministers now m liOndon. Mr.G. E. Foster, Canadian j Minister of Trade and Commerce, will leave London for Ottawa on the 26th inst. .Shortly after his return to Canada he will eair for Australia, whither .he is going to open up negotiations with the object . of improving trade relations ; between the Dominion and the'Commonwealth. .
