(Press Assn.— By Telegraph.— Copy iitfhl 1 (Received July 27, 9.50 a.m.) NKW YORK. July 26. Investigation held as a result of the murder of Hermann- R<osenthal, the gambler, who was about to denounce the police for "graft" opera lions, showed that no gambling dens can remain open m New York unless with the connivance of policemen, who received large sums m favor of "graft." District Attorney Whitnan asserts that every man participating m the Rosenthal crime has been located, except one, the chauffeur of the automobile wherein the assassins escaped. They have confessed their identity. The authorities are giving the men the third degree, with the object of securing full details of the crime.
