vLONDO'N, July 12. Friendly communications are . passing between London and Washington concerning the bearing of the Hay-Paunce-fote treaty on the Panama Canal charges.
(Received July 13, 11.30 a.m.) WASHINGTON, July 12. Politicians expect a lengthy diplomatic struggle as the result of the British, objections to the Panama CanaL proposals. Already Americans are talking of referring the question to the Hague Tribunal.
