At the meeting of the Harbor BoaVd this afternoon, continuing the discussion on the subject of the voyage of the dredge Ma-ui for docking purposes, the Chairman contended that for the safety of the men they should send a convoy. Messrs Palmer, White, Witters, and 1 Holden opposed the convoy proposal," and urged! they should wait until they ascertained whether the insurances rates could be .reduced. • /'.■."
