Tn tho final of the President's Fours, which was rowed off last night, P. T. Port, L. O'Brien, D. Hutton and R. Scarfe bent H. -Tocker, F. Everiss, R. 1. . Scott and P. A. O'Meara. % Port took the lead from the start, and at the Roebuck road bridge had .a length to spare; -Here Tocker got into difficulties. Owing to the poor tide the channel was narrow, and Tocker's boat ran on the mud. Port finished the course, and was willing to re-row the race, but the committee iecided to award. him tho. race. :
