Owing to reassuring news of the restoration of order, the immediate despatch of Southern Republican troops north T ward, has been suspended. r Twelve thousand troops have been; concentrated at Chinkiang, in consequence of the contumacy of a general at Yungchan, commanding 10,000 troops.
