The. High Court has granted an order nisi preventing the enforcement of the badge aAvard, returnable at next sitting. BRISBANE, March 8. The Avharf laborers declined to Avork the Burrumbeet, Terrier, and Wadonga, on Avhich free labor had been employed. The company regard tlie unionists' attitude as victimisation, despite the understanding that there Avould be none on either side.
