-m- . SEVEN MEN DROWNED. (Press Assn.— By Telegraph.— Copyright.) LONDON, 'February 12. The steamer Wychwood collided with the Norwegian steamer Torbay m the fog at Oaister. The Torbay foundered so quickly that seven men were drowned. The Wychwood picked up ten men.
