(Press Abbd.— By Telegraph.— Copyright.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 17. Latest election figures indicate that the new House, will comprise 44 Ministerialists,- 19 Labor, and two Independents. The Ministerialists are jubilant. ' (Received November 18, 9.30 a.m.) MELBOURNE, November 18. The count of the second preference votes has altered the primary count in two electorates. In Ballarat East in the primary count a Ministerialist polled 2737, and the Independent 1716. The Labor candidate, being the lowest, dropped out. His second preferences were distributed, giving the Independent a majority of 127. .-•'■.'
