CORONATION BAZAAR.
The Garrison; .Hall was again the scene of much animation last night, when the Coronation Bazaar was continued. Everything parsed off .splendidly. The dances 'organised by .Professor OWen Cardston". were meritoriously perforiney, the dancers acquitting themselves to the entire satisfaction of the large audience,' who expressed their appreciation of the efforts Avithrl^eartyap-; plause. The new J t iteriiV piit" ori last night were "Solomon Islanders,'" which was cleverly produced, arid ' "Dan?/ des Flority" by. Miss M. MartinVand Pro-, fessor Cardston. The latter was a splendid item, arid the performers had to [ respond to . an encore.. The dances, j could be seen to much better effect than on the previous night, as seating accommodation was provided invfront of , the stage which did away with 'unnecessary crushing. 'To-night the "Gavotte" will be produced for the first time. 'No doubt .the; costumes ! m this dance will be an attrac-:. tiori m themselves. A charming scene "Sleigh Bells" Avill also ; be given for the first, time by Misses M, Denipsy and Patti, Elliott. . X < . Th® s tall holders were k<?pt busy, whils? the. assistants, some of whom were attired m brilliant costumes,' were untiring m their efforts to dispose of art union tickets. The balloting. in connection with the art for minor prizes was conducted by Messrs W. Webb and P. Armstrong. The successful ticket-holders for some of the main prizes So far are : Miss Lynn, E. K. On Saturday afternoon a grand iriatihee will be given, and there will probably be a costume parade frpm the Post Office to 'the hall.
