Tho Union S.S. Co's Waitemata is to load at Oamaru on the 20th, Bluff 21st, Timaru 25th, and should arrive at Gisborne about the 28th.
The scow Rangi sailed on Saturday* morning for Tauranga and Gisborne with a cargo of iron material for the Public Works Department. Advice has been received that tho Union S.S. Co.'s Kowhai is still detained at Nelson. There is a heavy ".south-west gale blowing . at Greymouth.
