Mr and Mrs Ryan were m town when the fire broke out. When the alarm was given the flames had -. strong. hold, and the building, being an old one. was quickly reduced to ruins, nothing being saved from the dwelling* The nre appeared to commence m tht kitchen. , When the - brigade arriveu they were powerless to- save the . build- 1 .ing.
