The New Zealand State Guaranteed Advances to Settlers Bill, brought down m the House, by Governor's Message yesterday afternoon, proposes to author-! ise the Government to raise yearly, for the purpose of i the Advances to Workers' Office, £750.000 a year, instead of fiSOOjOCO.
