Carter has been received, together ■'•■■with a copy of the -.agreement, ;<■ foi^t-fctfe sale of the 'Taranaki Petroleum Company's property; Avhich is considered very satisfactory. Mr Carter says the new company will erect a refinery at New Plymouth and take up the refining business.
