DEVASTATED BY CYCLONE.

(Press Assn. — By Telegraph.— Copyright.) BRISBIANE, March 19. A wire from Port Douglas states that m a terrific cyclone on the 16th inst., practically every building m tke^ town was levelled. There were two fatalities and a hundred people are homeless. , The message •■asks for relief to be sent at once. The township of Mossman is also devastated, and the telegraphic service is so disorganised that the details are pnly meagre. BRISBANE, March 20. Two men were killed by a falling house m the Port Douglas cyclone— one while assisting his mother to escape. The wrecked buildings include the -Roman Catholic and Anglican churches, the Government bond, and three public halla. . • f .
