(Per Press Association.) « . DANNEVIRKE, this day. The second annual show, under the auspices of the Dannevirke A. and P. Association, was held yesterday m glorib'us weather. The attendance was considerably over SCOO. The Minister of Agriculture and Mr Dunlop, Scottish Agricultural Commissioner, were present, as well as most of the representative sheep and cattle breeders . from all parts of Hawke's Bay. The entries showed a considerable increase on laft year. Competition was keen m ail classes, especially dairy, breeds ant* grade dairy cattle. There was a good exhibition' of fat sheep and lambs. The competitions were exceptionally well filled. The' champion jump was won by McSiven's Pickpocket. -The success of the show was such that it is practically certain that there will bo a two days' fixture next' year. . FEILDING, last night.
