Again last night there was a largo and enthusiastic audience .present ~&% His Hajesty's Theatre to witness thj now programme submitted by theP-aihe Picture Company. Scenic and, films were very prominent m- tike new series, and all were much enjoyed. The "Beauty spots of South Devon-" proved to be indeed beauty spotl, Cove, Rock Walk, Exeter ftnd-itß"mignty cathedral, sea scenes m Dawlish, Teignmouth, Torquay and Babbacombe all were happily represented, and -wero certainly photographed by a cinematograph - er who had an eye for beauty. 'I bo coast Bcenes, with the hundreds* of bathers enjoying splashing m the. surf, wero most refreshing and effective. The latest "Pathe Gazette" was another good number, including, among otbef notable events, scenes m. Nottingham, Lord Kitchener's visit to the Middlesex Hospital, arrival of the Gordon- Highlanders, football, hockey, aeroplaning and the latest Paris fashions. A notable drama by the Vitagrapli Company was "Hako'B Sacrifice," a picture poem and Japan, the flowei-y Kingdom. Owing to the British Biograph Company's .two-night season commencing to-night the next Pathe Picture performance will "not take place until Saturday afternon when tho usual matinee will bo given with an entirely new- set of films; .' ,* -,i
