OTTAWA, Nov: 30. A scene occurred in Parliament. A Conservative was speaking when the Liberals trooped out noisily. The Speaker's demand for order failed to stop them. Cries of "Cowards" and "Liars" from the Opposition benches. The Speaker ordered an apology from a Conservation whom, he heard shout, "Cowards," and the latter apologised. Thereupon the Conservatives loudly insisted that a Liberal member apologise for an insulting remark unheard by the Speaker, made some days agoi' The uproar continued to grow and the Speaker was, finally compelled to make a Liberal also apologise. The Naval debate was unfinished. .
