DREADFUL CHOLERA SCOURCE.
'*•' LONDON, September. 30-.-. The cholera scourge is gradually spreading m Italy. From Naples and Rome the outbreak has now extended to three other Italian cities —Palermo, Leghorn, arid Turin. The dreaded disease has made its appearance also m Odessa, Russia. The municipal authorities m Naples have ordered the destruction of some oyster beds situate close to the city's sewer outlets Reports continue to reach Rome, of the serious nature of the outbreak m Naples. The rush of Neapolitans to Rome, is so great that a special guard has been' formed to inspect all the refugees ori arrival. The excitement m Naples is intense, and the police have great difficulty m; maintaining order. Messages from Palermo, m Sicily, re-! port that violent scenes are occurring there. .The Duchess of Aosta visited the cholera patients m Naples, and spoke; words of encouragement to them. A WARNING FOR AMERICA. PARIS, September 30. ' Private advices' frbiri Italy report that emigrants from one of the. cholera,-in-fected districts are embarking at Genoa for the United States.
