Sir,— Permit me to point* oW that the technical classes for- instruction in* woolsorting and classing, inaugurated last week by Mr Little,* at Rakauroa., Mats - M*ai, And Motu,' are being held tinder the auspices of the Gisborne High - School Board, which is the controlling atithbi-Ity under the and Technical Instruction Act" m PdVeirty Bay, and* not,' as stated by your correspondent, urtdfct* the 1 auspices of the Hawke's Bay Education. Board. The classes, Which will be held on alternate weeks, promise to be successful, there being 13 pflpils tffc Rakauroa, 11. at Matawai,. and 14 at Hotil, M*ith more to c6me. We are indebted to Mr Burgess, of Matawai, ftfr the interest be has taken m making arrangements for the classes.
