(Press Assn. — By Telegraph — Copyright) LONDON, August 1. Lord Decies was seized with a paralytic stroke at Alexandra Park (Ascot) races and died m the hospital. Lord Decies was 55 years of age. Ho was an Irish peer and succeeded to the title m 1893. He was a prominent sportsman, being an enthusiastic huntsman. .
