(Press Assn.— By Telegraph— Copyright) (Received July 15, 9.10 a.m.) . MELBOURNE, July 15. A • letter received from Mr Coulter, Canadian Deputy Postmaster-General, states that the- All-Red route scheme has made very little headway since he visitjed Australia., and the fact that Brisbane is being insisted on as a port of call. ' instead of Auckland, seems to be fatal to the scheme. In the meantime the United States and other" countries are' capturing trade that should be Australia's. . ■ . - '
