Prior to proceeding Avtih tha ballot m connection with t-nc Ngatapa settlement the Commissioner stated that there Avas a reserve for a creamery on the settlement, and if the selectors wished to form a co-operative dairy comiKinv amongst themselves- that reserve avoukl be at their disposal.
