All /educational;, facilitiiap arc, it is promised,; ,t$ be shared' by both sexes equally. - Provisiori is made for supplyiiig midwives, and for the establishment, of. creches modelled on the Ger-.i man systems introduced by Pestalozzi and Froebel.'
