Private Mclntyre ... 25 4 29 Private Brown ... 13 14 27 Private Walsh ... 11 8 19 A practice match at the 500 yards range was also fired, with the following results : — Capain Beere 31, Corporal McGuffie 28, Private Beere 27, Sergeant Rait 25, Sergeant Briegnan 24, Corporal Higham 20.-Sergeant-Major McNair arrives m Gisborne on - February 2. That night he will- meet the hon-conimissioned officers of the Rifles and Cadets, and on Thursday night lie meets the recruits.
