It is announced in Berlin that Germany's general tariff will be autoiriatically enforced against the "United States on February 7th, owing to inability to coritiriue to apply conventional tariff to the 127 articles enumerated in the proposal for a- modus vivendi. The theatre, being engaged on Monday, and Tuesday, Pathe Pictures can shoAV their new programme to-morrow only. A matinee Avill be given-- in -the afternoon at 2.30 o'clock, Avhen this new series, including Ji. beautiful art film, ■ entitled "The Death pf Mozart," will be, exhibited for the first time. The usual perforrnanee tp-ihorrdw .evening -will be the' last occasion on Avhich this splendid series can he shown.
