AUCKLAND, this day. | Business at tho Supreme Cburt, criminal and civil, is so heavy that Mr Justice Sim ' has been instructed to come to Auckland to assist Mr Justice Ed-ward-s. There are 72 criminal cases on the. list, 17 only having been" disposed of so far, and 45 civil cases/ 25 being divorce suite. •
